AHTI International Center offers small class sizes, quality trained instructors with career experience and flexible course scheduling. Also Allied Health Technology Institute provides Employment training that assist students with resume critiquing and interviewing skills before graduating from the course.
What are the application fees?
There is a $75 application fee; however prospective students are expected to attend a course orientation. Orientations are held weekly on Wednesdays at 1:00pm. Please contact our office to register for orientation time.
How often are classes offered?
Classes are offered monthly. Day and Evening times are available. Please call the office on view our website for specific dates.
How big are the classes?
Maximum Number of 10 students we accommodate
What credentials will I receive after completing the C.N.A. course?
At the end of your training you will receive a Certificate of Completion. Upon completion, students are eligible to take the State of DC C.N.A exam.
Is financial assistance available?
You may qualify for financial assistance through various private lenders and/or public agencies. Contact your local DC Works office to discover what agencies and programs offer assistance for work related or educational training.
Can I get credit for on-the-job experience?
We’re sorry, but AHTI is not currently structured to provide credit for previous experience. Students interested in enrolling in our CAN Program must have completed a State approved C.N.A program or have at least 6months of experience as an aide.
What do I do if I have special needs?
Our facility is arranged to accommodate individuals with special needs. Feel free to register for classes and enjoy our facility.
